Repair Terms and Conditions
Dremel Tools within the warranty period.
1. Free labor and spare parts within the warranty period.
2. In the case of returning the tools for repair, customers can deliver the dremel tools to be repair at all 3 branches of Mitrapai.
- The customer must be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the tools for repair.
- Free shipping costs to send the tool back to customers.
3. If malfunction of power tool found within 7 days after purchase, customer could claim to swap the new tool which is the same model and kit as purchase.
DREMEL Tools Warranty condition (Thailand)
- Products within the warranty period.
- Warranty not cover case.
- Refund – Swap a new tool.
- Unable to service model.
2. In case of warranty claim, please send the product to our service facility (Mitrapai Co.,Ltd.) ,
not disassembly, along with a copy of your dated proof of purchase.(please keep a copy for yourself)
3.Warranty void if cannot identify date of purchase.
4. The right of warranty cannot transfer to the other tools, only cover on DREMEL power tools sold by Mitrapai Co., Ltd.
Warranty not cover failure or damages from these causes,
1. Unauthorized repairs or alterations. Unapproved attachments or spareparts.
2. Accident, abuse, negligence, tampering, wrong maintenance process.
3. Wrong voltage applied or the fluctuation of the voltage.
4. Natural wear and tear cause bu use.
5. Other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship.
Refund within 7 days after purchased date, in a complete component as purchased.
If malfunction of power tool found with in 7 days after purchase, customer could claim to swap the new tool which is the same model and kit as purchase.
Regards to lack of spare parts of these model, unable to service.
We offer to sell a new tool in a special price instead of service.
